For orders placed on the Global Online Store before transitioning to OLIVE YOUNG US, OLIVE YOUNG will continue to manage the delivery and customs clearance process.
In most cases, product-related customs documents, including MID/FDA information, will be submitted directly by OLIVE YOUNG to the courier or customs authorities. No action is required from customers unless additional recipient information is specifically requested.
If any documents or information are required from the recipient, OLIVE YOUNG will contact you separately with further instructions.
