We are thrilled to introduce O.Y MEMBERS, our new U.S. loyalty program designed exclusively for our U.S. shoppers. This program is operated separately from OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL, allowing us to offer O.Y MEMBERS rewards and benefits tailored to OLIVE YOUNG US customers.
As OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL no longer ships to the U.S., switching your account to OLIVE YOUNG US is required to continue your K-beauty journey.
For OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL members who switch to OLIVE YOUNG US, your O.Y MEMBERS tier will be determined based on your current OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL membership tier at the time of switch, available for a limited time until further notice.
Switch Bonus Points:
Once you complete the switch to OLIVE YOUNG US, you will receive 10 Points. These points can be used right away once issued.
New U.S. Membership Tier:
Your O.Y MEMBERS tier will be determined based on your current OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL tier at the time of switch.
Your O.Y MEMBERS Tier Validity:
Following your switch, your perks will remain valid through June 30, 2027. If your future purchases qualify you for an even higher tier during this period, you will be upgraded to the higher tier.

How to Switch Your Account
To continue shopping in the U.S., please switch your account through the OLIVE YOUNG app or visit us.oliveyoung.com and agree to the required terms and conditions. You can log in using your existing credentials.
*Please note that your updated membership tier and benefits will be reflected the day after your switch to OLIVE YOUNG US. In the meantime, we invite you to explore the new OLIVE YOUNG US Online Store and its features.
What Will Transfer
- Registration date and beauty profile
- U.S. shipping addresses
- Points, with the expiration date extended by two years upon transfer
- OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL order history
- Reviews for products available in the U.S.
What Will Not Transfer
- Coupons
- Wishlist items
- Bag items

- Once your account is switched to OLIVE YOUNG US, the switch cannot be reversed.
- OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL no longer supports purchases or shipping for customers located in the U.S. Future U.S. orders should be placed through OLIVE YOUNG US.
- This promotion is available for a limited period and is subject to change, extension, or early termination at OLIVE YOUNG US’s sole discretion.
