Commissions requested by May 20 will be processed for payment throughout the month of June.
2. Commission Processing & Resumption Schedule
For customers using OLIVE YOUNG US, unsettled rewards will be processed based on the following criteria:
- 20 Points or more: Payment via PayPal can be requested through Customer Service.
- Under 20 Points: Points will be issued to your OLIVE YOUNG US account through Customer Service.
Previously accumulated commissions cannot be requested through the system and require a separate request via Customer Service. This system update is an important step toward providing a better service experience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
