If the status changes to 'In transit' but there is a delay:
1) Check tracking

2) Depending on the status:
- No update: Contact the local courier about location/ETA.
- Inaccurate address/absence: Contact the local courier to arrange re-delivery.

If a package remains undelivered for an extended period due to being unclaimed/absence/incorrect address, it may be returned or disposed of in accordance with local procedures. OLIVE YOUNG has no control over this.
