Q. Where can I view my previous order history from the Global Online Store?

You can view your previous order history by going to My Orders > Find Transferred Orders on the US Online Store.

This feature allows you to check eligible order information that has been transferred from the previous Global Online Store account.

How to access:

1. Sign in to your US Online Store account.
2. Go to My Orders.
3. Click Find Transferred Orders.
4. Review your transferred order history.
