Will the Bottle Deposit Fee be refunded if I cancel or return my order?

If you cancel your order prior to shipment or receive a full refund due to a missing or returned item, your deposit fee will also be refunded. 

However, once your order has been delivered, deposit refunds cannot be processed by Olive Young and must be claimed directly from a local redemption center upon returning the empty container.
