You can switch your account through the OLIVE YOUNG app or visit us.oliveyoung.com. Please log in with your existing account and agree to the required terms and conditions.
After switching, O.Y MEMBERS will apply as the U.S.-exclusive membership program.
Once you complete the switch, you will receive 10 Points. These points can be used right away once issued.
Your O.Y MEMBERS tier will be determined based on your current OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL membership tier at the time of switch. Your updated tier and perks will appear after your switch, but it may take up to 1 day for the update to be reflected.
Once reflected, your updated tier and perks will remain valid through June 30, 2027.
Please note that this limited-time program may change, be extended, or end early at OLIVE YOUNG US’s discretion.
The following information will transfer to OLIVE YOUNG US: registration date and beauty profile, U.S. shipping addresses, eligible points, OLIVE YOUNG GLOBAL order history, and reviews for products available in the U.S. The Points will transfer with the expiration date extended by two years.
Coupons, wishlist items, and bag/cart items will not transfer.
Once the switch is completed, it cannot be reversed.
Order history may take up to 2 hours to appear after switching.
