It depends on the reason for the refund request.
If the product is damaged, defective, or there is an issue caused by OLIVE YOUNG, a refund may be processed without requiring a return. In such cases, you may be asked to keep or dispose of the item.
For change-of-mind returns or customer-related reasons, customers must contact Customer Service first for return instructions. Refunds can only be processed after the returned item has been received and reviewed.
