Shipping address changes are not available after placing an order.
If your order is in "Order Confirmed" status: Please cancel your current order and place a new one with the correct address.
If your order is already in "Preparing for Shipment" status: Please contact our Customer Service Center.
We will check the current status of your order to see if cancellation is still possible.
※ Please Note: Once the packaging and dispatch process is complete, orders cannot be canceled even if the status still shows as "Preparing for Shipment." We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping information (Recipient Name, Contact Number, and Address) before completing your payment.
