Dear Valued Customer,
This is OLIVE YOUNG Global.
We have recently confirmed that some customers received customs clearance notifications or emails from FedEx regarding U.S.-bound orders.
To minimize confusion and provide you with clear guidance, please find the U.S. customs clearance procedure below:
1. Manufacturer Information
Information related to the product manufacturer (such as manufacturer name, address, or Manufacturer Identification Code/MID) and Composition(ingredients or materials) is submitted directly by OLIVE YOUNG Global to U.S. Customs via FedEx.
You are not required to provide this information yourself, and customs clearance will proceed normally.
2. Personal Information Requests
If U.S. Customs requests the recipient’s personal information (e.g., ID card, passport copy, local contact number, or import permit), you may be asked to provide it directly to FedEx or the customs authority.
As this involves personal data, OLIVE YOUNG Global cannot submit it on your behalf. However, if such a request arises, we may contact you separately to guide you through the necessary steps.
3. Possible Shipping Delays
During customs review, additional document requests may occur, which could lead to delays in clearance and delivery.
We are working closely with FedEx to ensure swift processing and will promptly inform you of any updates.
OLIVE YOUNG Global remains committed to providing smooth and reliable international delivery service.
Thank you,
OLIVE YOUNG Global
