Notice on the Introduction of an Additional Customs Clearance Fee for Shipments to New Zealand

Please be advised that the New Zealand Customs Service will introduce an additional customs clearance fee for low-value goods.
This fee is charged during the import clearance process and must be paid by the recipient prior to delivery.

■ Effective Date: April 1, 2026
■ Applicable Goods: Shipments valued at or below NZD 1,000
■ Applicable Charges: NZD 2.54 per shipment

※ Please note that all payments on OLIVE YOUNG Global are made in USD.
As customs assessments are based on the exchange rate applied at the time of clearance, the tax applicability may vary depending on whether the shipment value exceeds NZD 1,000 under the applicable exchange rate.

■ Important Notes

1.  When placing an order, please ensure that the recipient's full name, address, valid email address, and mobile phone number are entered accurately.
2. The above charges will be billed to the recipient prior to delivery. In such cases, DHL will send a payment link (credit card or QR code) for online payment. Alternatively, payment may also be made by credit card or cash.
3. If payment is not completed within the requested period, the shipment may be returned or disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
